CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia were pending against a suspect at Jefferson Avenue and South Sprigg streets.
• Formal charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana were pending against a suspect at Jefferson Avenue and South Sprigg streets.
• Kenan Bell, 35, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd.
• William Craft, 25, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure at North Water Street and Broadway.
• Isreal Williams, 28, 925 S. Ellis St., was arrested at South Sprigg and Elm streets on a state warrant for failure to appear for drugs and felony escape.
• Jacob Krueger, no age or address given, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure at Broadway and Water Street.

Assaults

• Third-degree assault was reported.
• Third-degree domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• Theft was reported at 2322 Earleen Drive.
• Theft and fraudulent use of a credit or debit device were reported at 1915 Golden Eagle Court.

Miscellaneous

• A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody at 45 S. West End Blvd.
• A juvenile was reported missing.
• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
• A juvenile beyond parental control was reported.
• Violation of an order of protection was reported.
