• Terrence T. Beal, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to have a child in restraint.
• James P. Medrano, no age given, Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while revoked and failure to yield.
• Dennis L. Paul, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Bailee J. Davis, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane.
• Iona M. Askew, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
