CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• John D. Hager, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a lane, having an unlicensed vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

• Lindsey R. Moore, 23, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
• Kyle L. Dougherty, 20, of St. Peters, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a seat-belt violation.
• Patrick J. Abbott, 53, 254 County Road 541, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for no proof of insurance.
• Justin D. Gray, 19, 523 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
• Justin A. Grayson, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for theft.
• Christie Lee Stallings, 32, 3011 Themis St., was arrested on a New Madrid County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for theft.
• Nicole Marie Greable, 39, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for a traffic violation.
• Ryan James Hallam, 31, 45 West End Blvd., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
• Justin Dennis Marberry, no age given, 1412 Kingshighway, was arrested on an Alexander County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear.
• Benjamin Randal Davis, 35, of Jackson was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, hindering prosecution, unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with physical evidence, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without headlamps.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance at jail and unlawful possession of a concealed weapon.

Summonses

• Kenneth Edwin Labrot, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Richard M. Singleton, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Lisa Jean Quigley, 27, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

Burglaries

• Burglary and the theft of a PlayStation 4 and assorted games were reported at 1220 Jefferson St.
• Attempted burglary and a back door window broken were reported at 1005 Good Hope St.

Thefts

• Dogs were reported stolen at 148 Garden Lane.
• Missouri License plate FM8-B9Z was reported stolen at 2814 Whitener St.
• Missouri License plate BB91W was reported stolen on Whitener Street.
• Stealing was reported.
• Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 501 S. Kingshighway.
• Theft of an air conditioner was reported at America's Mattress, 304 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

• A window was reported broken at 2826 Whitener St.
• A flood lamp was reported damaged at 2953 Beavercreek Drive.

Miscellaneous

• A 55-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• Forgery was reported at Cape Girardeau Regional Credit Union, 2427 Cape Centre Drive.
• Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
• Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Violation of animal leash law required was reported.

• Larry Hottel, 44, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for resisting or interfering with arrest, unlawful use of a weapon and domestic assault.
• Dustin J. Snow, 30, of Park Hills, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault.
• Keith G. Fry, 63, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
• Brittany L. Prince, 26, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of theft.
• Robert M. Best, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of two counts of receiving stolen property.
• Rhonye D. Lincoln, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for a probation violation, failure to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Kenneth R. Scaggs, 35, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree child molestation.
• William S. Claussen, 31, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to maintain valid display plates.
