The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Aron D. McCormick, 21, 516 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for steady signal violation and red-light violation.

* Andrew T. Hanks, 20, 1338 N. Spanish St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for a seat-belt violation, contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended, failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for resisting arrest and failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for no insurance.

* Anthony Jay Loucks, 35, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of theft.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and property damage.

* Danielle Kristine Aubuchon, 28, 246 D St., No. 92, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Summons

* Ting Zhao, 320 Caruthers Ave., was issued a summons for following too closely.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

Burglaries

* A burglary attempt was reported at 1927 College St.

* Burglary, damage to a soda machine and theft of a laptop and money were reported at First Pentecostal Church, 3054 Lexington Ave.

Thefts

* Money and a tip jar were reported stolen at Pour House, 113 Broadway.

* A money order was reported stolen at 1105 Linden St.

* Money was reported stolen at 156 Vantage Drive.

* Checks were reported stolen at 930 N. Mount Auburn Road.

Miscellaneous

* A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Violation of education requirement for a child was reported.

* A request for service was reported.

* Damage to the soft top roof on a Jeep was reported at 1817A Autumn Drive.
