The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christopher J. Campbell, 35, 1517 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, manufacturing a controlled substance and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

* David E. Stillman, 40, 831 William St., Apt. D, was arrested on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant for a parole violation and a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Edwin T. Patterson, 42, 1018 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for trespassing.

* Roland J.J. Rogers, 26, homeless, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for trespassing, for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for improper registration and failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for resisting or interfering with arrest.

* Jacob W. Morrison, 20, 2222 Earleen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession by consumption.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of robbery.

* Tommy Stacey Dudley, 54, 1437 N. Main St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper lane change and leaving the scene.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

* Edwin Tyrone Patterson, 42, 1018 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Andrew Jackson, 31, 319 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a suspended operator's license.

* Katrina Angeleic Pehm, 31, 38 N. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for no proof of insurance.

Summonses

* Willie Glass, 44, 325 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for assault.

* Mitchell S. Dickerson, no age given, of Thebes, Ill., was issued a summons for following too closely.

* Richard L. Reutzel, no age given, of Advance, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle and no insurance.

* Tiffany L. Brown, no age given, 1818 Westridge Drive, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Shawn Dennis Stockard, 42, of Jackson was issued a summons for nuisance sanitation.

* Dwayne R. Greer, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to stop for a red light.
