DWI

* Kady L. Tucker, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Joshua S. Arnzen, 31, 1304 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Bobby Lee Anderson, II, 27, 5 Village Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for false declaration, revoked operator's license, improper registration and no child restraint.

* Chajuana L. Townsend, 21, of Columbia, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for walking in the roadway.

* Travis D. Nelson, 25, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Summonses

* Luke A. Clippard, 21, no address given, received a summons for disorderly house.

* Brian L. Cayce, 43, of St. Louis was issued a summons for resisting arrest.

* Clara A. Southerland, 49, of Jackson was issued a summons for stealing.

Assaults

* Randall Keith McRae, 25, 2812 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Domestic assault and the unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Third-degree assault was reported at Lorimier Street and Morgan Oak Street. A summons was issued in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* Walmart reported stealing at 3439 William St. A subject is in custody pending formal charges in connection with the complaint.

* SoutheastHealth reported a statue stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* Elite Development reported money stolen at 3440 Lowes Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A blanket was reported stolen at 2011 N. Kingshighway.

* Burglary and the theft of a television were reported at 2810 Whitener Drive.

* Burglary and the theft of a television and Xbox were reported at 669 Napa Circle.

* Burglary and the theft of a wallet, checks and Social Security card were reported at 150 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* Burglary and the theft of a cell phone and MP3 player were reported at 3021 Mimosa Drive.

* Burglary and the theft of a television, watch and DVDs were reported at 606 Terry Lane.

* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported.

* A 49-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Armed criminal action was reported at 415 S. Benton St.

* A subject was taken into protective custody at 103 N. Clark Ave.

* Randy L. Hahs, 56, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Keturah Williams, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Bonnie W. Gray, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two McDonald County warrants for passing bad checks.

* Shannon M. Adams, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.

* Clayton P. Black, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possible intoxication by a minor.

* Tracy A. Lemkau, 35, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for endangering the welfare of a child.
