Arrests

• Heather R. Pittman, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Bryan D. McDowell, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant arrest.
• James. D Brown, 35, of Jackson was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for stealing.
• Breonna M. Reeves, 20, of Scott City was arrested on four warrants for failure to appear.

Summonses

• Drew W. Sherman, no age given, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too close.
• Timothy R. Pinson, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Leah R. Kortmeyer, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons.
• Laurie A. Caldwell, no age given, was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.

Thefts

• A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 619 Ferguson St.
• A was reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A four-ton HVAC unit was reported stolen at 1302 Cousin Drive.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 7 Village Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Counterfeiting was reported at First State Community Bank, 1602 N. Kingshighway.

• Steven L. Dillingham, 60, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion for driving with a suspended license.
• Michael E. Earnheart, 37, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.
• Kayla R. Jamieson, 26, of Jackson was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense.
• Dustin A. Kennedy, age 24, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
• Heather R. Pittman, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, Cape Girardeau warrant arrests for failure to appear for suspended operator's license and failure to appear for motor vehicle financial.
• David C. Powell, 35, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for domestic assault.
