The Cape Girardeau Police Department has issued the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Eric S. Miller, 19, 1230 Bertling St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Charles D. Earwood, 38, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for trespassing.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
* Ashley McGuirk, 34, of Jackson was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
* Haley B. Tucker, 21, 605 Bellvue St., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Target, 202 Siemers Drive.
* Jordan Tice, 17, of East Cape Girardeau, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Alonzo L. Morgan, 21, no address given, was arrested on a warrant.
* Russell Phiffer, 40, no address given, was arrested on a warrant.
* Rachel R. Russell, 35, 1433 N. Water St., was issued a summons for violating an animal leash law.
* Lisa Barnes, no age given, 373 N. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.
* Mary Bridges, no age given, 1809 Brink Ave., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Chelsea Pulliam, no age given, 788 Mockingbird Lane, was issued a summons for improper registration and following too close.
* Clyde Banks, no age given, Anna Ill., was issued a summons for violation of a steady red light signal.
* Landon Schnurbusch, no age given, 1733 Paul Revere Drive, was issued a summons for failure to show proof of insurance.
* Madlyn Anderson, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too close.
* A Mack dump truck, later recovered, was reported stolen at 1707 N. Mount Auburn Road.
* A pit bull puppy was reported stolen at 1218 Themis St.
* Assault was reported at 3439 William St.
* Assault was reported.
* Property damage was reported at 615 Pacific St.
* Burglary and theft were reported at Southside Baptist Church, 805 Hackberry St.
* Forgery was reported.
* Forgery was reported.
* Resisting arrest by flight and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner were reported at 19 S. Kingshighway.
