CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
- Kaelen M. Howard, 20, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Dereke D. Tipler, 32, 308 Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant a probation violation for stealing and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
- Bruce A. Anglin, 31, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failure to obey a judge's order.
- Lindsey S. Story, 33, 1483 County Road 206, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for public-order crimes.
- Shamodre T. Newsom, 24, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
- Misty D. Eisenhauer, 24, of Du Quoin, Illinois, was arrested on a Scott County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for fraud and a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
- D'Seante M.S. Hollis, 20, 142 Green Acres St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
- Justin D. Marberry, 24, 1412 Kingshighway, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for careless and imprudent driving.
- Ombreis D. Watson, 21, 516 Cape Meadows Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
- Tanna M. Butler, 29, 1918 Kingshighway, No. 18, was arrested on a Mississippi County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for burglary and a Cleveland County, Oklahoma, warrant for false declaration.
- Charles M. Pigue, 41, of House Springs, Missouri, was arrested on a Jefferson County, Missouri, warrant for a traffic offense.
- Julie A. Gipson, 35, of Marquand, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of theft of tools at Lowe's, 3440 Lowes Drive.
- Joshua H. Bowers, 30, 1908 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Jefferson City, Missouri, warrant for probation violation for burglary.
- Jerry B. Gross, 33, 136 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Scott County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
- Jennifer R. Sampson, 42, 13 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
- Cody P. Barton, 28, of Murphysboro, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and driving while revoked.

- Taylor L. Kight, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summon for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
- William E. Jaquin, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving with expired plates.

Thefts
- A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 130 Vantage Drive.
- A Chihuahua was reported stolen at 1611 Independence St.

- Brenda J. Ates, 54, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
- Jarred M. Graves, 35, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for a probation violation, driving while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without a valid license and a probation violation for third-degree domestic assault.
Arrests
- Brittany R. Wilson, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing a credit card or letter of credit.
- Ashley N. Biri, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without obtaining a new driver's license after the other was revoked, failure to display plates on a motor vehicle and no insurance.
- Ryandi M. Timmons, 17, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of second-degree property damage.
- Bradley E. Eyler, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license, failure to display plates on a motor vehicle and no insurance.
- Damathan L. Steven, 29, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for second-degree domestic assault.
