The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Ashley B. Figliolo, 30, 1512 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

* Jerry D. Linhart, 44, 1226 Harmony St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

* Tara D. Rhodes, 27, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Benny Savage, 48, 316 Independence St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and violation of protection order.

* Justin W. Henson, 23, 631 Themis St., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of probation violation.

* Amber N. Blaylock, 24, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Makayla S. Anderson, 17, 821 William St., No. 7, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and assault.

* Bernice M. Crowley, 55, of Bertrand, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Robin L. Beacham, 22, 121 East Rodney Drive, No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession and no license plate.

Summonses

* Tasha R. Freeze, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to yield and no proof of insurance.

* Rachel L. McCammon, 32, 620 Boxwood Drive, Apt. D, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

Thefts

* Shoes, a windbreaker, duffel bag, backpack, hair dryer and curling iron were reported stolen at 1105 Linden St.

* Theft was reported at 1512 Big Bend Road.

* Theft was reported at 1402 Big Bend Road.

* License plates were reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

* Request for service was reported.
