DWI

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

• Nicole C. Darwin, 30, of Fredericktown, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Summons

• Austin D. Martin, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Thefts

• Stealing was reported at Denny's.
• Stealing and counterfeiting were reported at Discount Smoke Shop.
• A Samsung cellphone was reported stolen at 340 S. Sprigg St.
• A glucose meter was reported stolen at 524 N. Fountain St.
• A vehicle was reported stolen at 55 N. Benton St.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

• A door was reported damaged at 614 S. Pacific St.
• A door and door frame were reported damaged at 128 S. Louisiana Ave.

Miscellaneous

• Unlawful use of weapons was reported.
• A suspicious fire was reported at The Double Up, 432 Morgan Oak St.
