The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Stephanie L. Anderson, 42, 1106 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Debra S. Beinlein, 52, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Joshua W. Skaggs, 27, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
* Anthony M. Parker, 47, 1015 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for resisting arrest.
* Kara M Hillhouse, 25, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a federal warrant for a bond violation.
* JL D. Johnson, 20, 1229 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation and on a Scott County warrant for a peace disturbance.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and property damage.
* Kirk R. Menard Jr., 21, 310 N. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
* Edward K. Kowalik, 21, 310 N. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
* Timothy D. Brooks, 36, 624 Boxwood Drive, received a summons for stealing from a building.
* Domestic assault and burglary were reported.
* An assault was reported.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Medication and money were reported stolen at 534 N. Fountain St.
* A debit card was reported stolen.
* A laptop and its carrying case were reported stolen at 36 N. Pind Wood Lane.
* Stealing and domestic assault were reported.
* Fuel was reported stolen from a vehicle at 3102 Blattner Drive.
* A car stereo and money were reported stolen at 132 S. Benton St.
* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported money stolen.
* Medication was reported stolen at 316 S. Lorimier St.
* Medication was reported stolen at 1436 Cousin St.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 931 Elm St., where burglary, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon was also reported.
* A laptop and money were reported stolen at 517 N. Silver Springs Road.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
* A 31-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
* A robbery was reported.
* A 44-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 22-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Failure to return to confinement was reported.
