CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Timothy A. Lovewell, 27, 36 N. Pind Wood Lane, Apt. 3S, was arrested at 32 N. Ellis St. on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for larceny.
• Catina L. White, 39, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 6, was arrested at 105 N. Clark Ave. on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.
• Daniel K. Lambert, 35, of Scott City was arrested at Bertling and North Sprigg streets on a Chaffee, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.
• Jimmie L. Barlow, 58, 427 S. Benton St., was arrested at 427 S. Benton St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for felony traffic violation.

Summonses

• Robert L. Parker, 45, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for display of certain items prohibited at 1518 Perryville Road.
• Brittany C. Adams, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required at 433 S. Ellis St.
• Jared M. Houchins, 27, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for animal leash law required and animal city license required at 723 N. Missouri St.

Theft

• A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 851 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
