The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Carteiz D. King, 39, 1262 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for traffic offenses.
* Harvey E. Gaddy, 46, 15 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked, improper registration, failure to provide insurance, failure to yield after stopping and hitting another vehicle.
* Kenneth R. Madison-Key, 28, 406 Bellevue St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended license and on a New Madrid County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for child neglect.
* Debra Tiffane Pitts, 58, 611 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Sophia T. Mack, 29, 338 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cole County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for a bad check.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court and Raymond D. Kuhn, 39, 616 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 4, was issued a summons for suspicion of theft and trespassing.
* James K. Avery, 47, 1217 N. Water St., was issued a summons for expired license plates.
* Assault was reported.
* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.
* Burglary and the theft of a television were reported.
* Burglary and theft were reported at 2806 Independence St.
* Burglary was reported at 129 S. Lorimier St.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported.
* Theft of animals was reported at 2536 Boutin Drive.
* Theft and property damage were reported at 236 Capaha Trail.
* Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Menards, 535 Siemers Drive, reported theft.
* Stunnas Beauty/Fashion, 612 Broadway, reported shoplifting.
* Theft was reported at 315 Shirley Drive.
* Theft was reported at 808 S. Sprigg St.
* Unlawful transfer of food stamps was reported.
* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.
* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
* Identity theft was reported.
* Request for service was reported.
* A 42-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Deviate sexual assault was reported.
* Receiving stolen property was reported at 322 N. Frederick St.
* A 53-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
