The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jeremiah D. Rhymer, 38, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and possession of marijuana.

* Connor M. Jenkins, 19, of Taylorville, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Benjamin J. Davidson, 18, of O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Stephen P. Becker, 20, of O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, being a minor in possession of alcohol and speeding.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

* Roxanne E. Jackson, 22, 420 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of a noise violation.

* Nicole S. Jackson, 23, 420 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of a noise violation.

* Terra J. Jerolds, 24, of Dongola, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Kendra D. McPherson, 31, 431 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to keep property free of litter.

* Three 13-year-old girls were taken into custody on suspicion of stealing.

* James H. Swift, 38, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Carlor S. Jones, 32, 220 S. Lormimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for distribution.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Zuvonda L. Richardson, 24, 424 Louis St., received a summons for property damage.

* Kristin E. Johnson, 20, 278 W. Cape Rock Drive, received a summons for stealing.

* Mitchell L. Halbert, 52, 1821 Marietta Court, received a summons for failure to maintain property.

* Boyce W. Church, 60, 3681 County Road 318, received a summons for failure to maintain property.

* Gerald N. Scott, 69, 2917 Parkwest Heights, received a summons for failure to maintain property.
