Arrests

* Brooke A. Blattner, 33, 805 Sharon Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Alexander K. Walker, 29, 616 Charles St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Isaac J. Powers, 26, 906 Aspen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jordan S. Pinkerton, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* David C. Dawson, 50, 1427 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of property damage and robbery.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on a warrant.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court as an incorrigible juvenile.

* Christopher A. Shepard, 22, of Millersville was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding and failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Troy D. Ligons, 19, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Tanya K. James, 29, 2842 Whitener St., Apt. A3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Laura F. Thomas, no age given, 2825 Saxony Village, No. 71, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Ruth A. Wallace, no age given, 313 S. Spring Court, was issued a summons for uninsured vehicle.

* Sheila C. Proffer, no age given, of Perkins, Mo., was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain the right half of the roadway.

* Carrie A. Naeger, no age given, 1907 Colonial Lane, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance and for an improperly licensed vehicle.

* Doors to a van were reported damaged at 2333 Rusmar Lane.

* Property damage and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 2106 William St.
