The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Savannah M. McDowell, 17, of Burfordville and a 16-year-old girl were arrested on suspicion of stealing cosmetics at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Raymond C. Jackson, 44, 423 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Jackson County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

• Douglas C. Wade, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for not having insurance and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Jessica L. Sagers, 30, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Nearly Perfect Shoes, 209 S. Kingshighway.
• Connie S. Anderson, no age given, of Farmington, Missouri, was issued a summons for failing to stop for a steady red light during a three-car motor-vehicle accident at Route K and Mount Auburn Road.
• Kedeisha L. Merkler, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Hayley M. Smith, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too closely on Highway 74.

Robbery

• Robbery and theft of money were reported at 1721 Cape Meadows Circle.

Thefts

• A license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle at 2134 Independence St.
• A firearm was reported stolen at 1542 Grandview Drive.
• A statue was reported stolen at 1105 Linden St.
• A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 130 Vantage Drive.

Property damage

• Carpet and drywall were reported damaged at 2851 Whitener St.
• Property damage was reported at Rhodes, South Sprigg Street and Shawnee Parkway.
• A vehicle was reported damaged at 136 S. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

• An animal bite was reported at 1854 Martin Drive.
• Forgery was reported at Montgomery Bank, 2027 Broadway.
• Counterfeiting was reported at Sun Loan Company, 1020 N. Kingshighway.
• Harassment was reported.
