The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jacob M. Pyeatte, 30, 1956 Perryville Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

• Tashika S. Morris-Barber, 40, of Cairo, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for a traffic violation.
• Dustin William Turner, 25, 214 Louisiana St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
• Isreal Williams, 28, 925 S. Ellis St, was arrested on a Gwinnett County, Georgia, warrant for felonious escape.
• Shanda Marie Berry, 33, 800 S. Ellis St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for theft and a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
• Carla Gene Moit, 25, 603 Machaw St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
• Brooke Mackenzie Medley Albrecht, no age give, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for theft and trespassing.
• Jackie Wayne Vincent, 41, 2830 Whitener St., was arrested on a U.S. Marshals Service warrant for a probation violation and dangerous drugs.
• Charles B. Strop, 23, of Jackson was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for improper registration, suspended operator's license and not having insurance.
• Dominique M. Orr, 24, of Wyatt, Missouri, was arrested on a Mississippi County, Missouri, warrant for a probation violation.
• Briona T. Adams, 20, 334 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for a non-moving violation.
• Renee M. Adams, 38, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Jackson County, Missouri, warrant for a parole violation.
• Mathis S. Williams, 29, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a family offense.
• Patrick S. McClanahan, 41, 767 Cedar Lane, was arrested on a New Madrid County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for leaving the scene of an accident.
• Leslie R. Smith, 23, no address given, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Fredericktown, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for domestic violence.
• Douglas A. Devore, 50, 535 Washington St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a revoked operator's license.
• Tyler E. Borgfield, 28, 1004 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for resisting arrest.
• Aschlei N. Kelly-Goetz, 33, of Whitewater was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for theft and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
• Michael L. Goldsmith Jr., 22, of Thebes, Illinois, was arrested on a state of Illinois warrant for escape.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault on a law enforcement officer and property damage.
• Three suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Salina M. Reyna, 25, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• James S. Brasfield, 35, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
• A suspect was in custody on suspicion of resisting by fleeing, driving in a careless and imprudent manner and speeding.

• William Gonzalez, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for having vehicles and animals in the park.
• Steven L. Keena, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady red light.
• Katelyn D. Baker, no age given, of Bernie, Missouri, was issued a summons for failing to maintain a single lane.

Burglary

• Burglary and theft were reported at 1802 N. Main St.

Property damage

• A front door was reported damaged at 2900 Kage Road.

Miscellaneous

• Counterfeiting was reported at 113 S. Silver Springs Road.
• Identity theft was reported.
• A 60-year-old was taken into protective custody.
• A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 33-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

• Kristi M. Donaldson, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation, possession of a controlled substance other than marijuana.
• Michael A. Johnson, 34, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
• Amy L. McClintock, 27 of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to display plates on motor vehicle and a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for failure to obey judges for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
