The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Robert L. Clingingsmith, 63, 2321 Hunters Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and striking a stopped vehicle.

Arrests

* Lee H. Davis, 21, 405 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Ryan P. Harkey, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of murder.

Summons

* Jennifer A. Fowlkes, 25, 2825 Whitener St., and Bonnie K. Weigel-Hart, 39, 105 N. Clark Ave., were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

Burglary

* Billiard Center, 26 N. Main St., reported a burglary and the theft of money.

* Medicap Pharmacy, 1020 N. Kingshighway, reported a burglary, damage to a glass door and the theft of assorted medication.

Theft

* Medication was reported stolen at 1105 Linden St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Bi-State, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A truck tire was reported punctured in the unit block of South Main Street.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 2111 Woodhaven Road.

Miscellaneous

* Sexual misconduct was reported.

* The unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 511 N. Kingshighway.

* An animal bite was reported at 1701 Lacey St.

* Peace disturbance was reported at 3049 William St.

* Trespassing was reported.

Summons

* Corey L. Simmons, 18, of St. Louis received a summons for property damage at K Dorm.
