The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Hali L. Apel, 23, 2097 Pear Tree Court, No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of theft.
* Allycia M. Schwartz, 24, 154 Black Willow Lane, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for probation violation.
* Alicia R. Johnson, 36, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Wayne A. Wallace, 43, 259 N. Park Ave., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance.
* Lovan L. McLucas, 24, 2835 Whitener St., No. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.
* Jennifer L. Morton, 23, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and on suspicion of assault, property damage, resisting or interfering with arrest, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.
* Savon D. Jones, 18, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for false declaration.
* Jennifer Deberry, 36, 541 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for a leash law violation and animal city license required.
* Jason D. Ross, 33, 77 Creeks Circle, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Marshall W. Egson, 34, 616 Sycamore Circle, Apt. 118, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Katelin L. Rinehart, 21, of Ellsinore, Mo., was issued a summons for assault.
* Alejandro V. Zaragoz, 29, 134 S. Missouri Ave., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Chris D. Ford, 43, of Jackson was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Dylan C. Geilie, 21, 538 Cape Meadows Circle, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* M.M.I. Hossain, 27, 803 Themis St., No. 4, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Jessica D. Lesley, 19, 2824 Independence St., No. 5, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Assault was reported.
* Burglary was reported at 839 Alta Vista Drive.
* Burglary and the theft of clothing and money were reported at 2835 Whitener St.
* A laptop computer was reported stolen at 502 Broadway.
* Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported food stolen.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 921 Hackberry St.
* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Property damage was reported at 2128 William St.
* Miller Barber and Beauty, 525 Broadway, reported accidental property damage.
* Sexual misconduct was reported.
* Request for service was reported.
* A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
