The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Kyle T. Feder, 24, 801 North St., Apt. 102, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
* Paulina C. Gehringer, 35, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, crossing the center lane and having no insurance.
* Jason S. Thomas Jr., 20, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a driver's license and being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
* Shanta L. Criglar, 34, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing a fragrance set from Kohls, 315 Shirley Drive.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of suspicion of domestic assault.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of suspicion of domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and possession with intent to distribute.
* Xoa T. Troung, 48, 1855 Silverthorne Trail, was arrested on suspicion of resisting or interfering with arrest and loitering on city streets.
* April L. Moyers, 28, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested on a St. Francois County, Mo., warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
* William L. Wells, 26, 1122 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts/noises.
* Ashley D. Jones, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for resisting or interfering with arrest and assault.
* Assault was reported.

* Burglary was reported at 1704 Broadway.
* Burglary and the theft of a laptop computer were reported at 2757 Lynwood Hills Drive, Apt. 4.
* Cape Mart and Lemons Coin Machines, 470 S. Kingshighway, reported burglary and damage to a machine cabinet door and glass door.
* The City of Cape Girardeau, 1218 Minnesota Ave., reported attempted burglary and property damage.
* Theft was reported at 2100 William St.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 921 Hackberry St.
* Damage to a hood, roof and right front quarter panel on a vehicle were reported at 7 N. Park Ave.
* Tires were reported slashed at 114 N. West End Blvd.
* Harassment was reported.
* Request for service was reported.
* Violation of a protection order was reported..
* Assist other agency was reported.
