CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

• Angela Marie Chross, 45, of Gasconade, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated at LaSalle Avenue and Baldwin Road.
• Anthony Lamarr Banks, 36, 2814 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated at Independence and Broadview streets.

Arrests

• Eric Leroy Oaks, 20, of Carbondale, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
• Christopher Wayne Smith, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for improper registration.
• Jessica Marie Jolly, 26, of Bloomfield, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
• Jacquline Adele Tedder, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3049 William St.
• Charles E. Hines III, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
• Derekus M. Parker, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Justin L. Roberts, 28, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
• A suspect is in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property.

Summonses

• Teresa Byram, no age given, of Delta was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Alexus Kamille Marshall, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for trespassing and peace disturbance at 3049 William St.
• Callie Breana Conner, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for stealing at Macy's.
• Treshe Nichole Wilson, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for stealing at Macy's.
• Taneisha Danyell Brown, 19, of St. Louis was issued summonses for stealing at Macy's.
• Lois J. Scott, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to drive in proper lane.
• Joel D. Bland, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.
• James D. Ramshur, no age given, of Millersville was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Thefts

• A purse was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
• An Xbox, games, a TV, jewelry, a DVD and a laptop were reported stolen at 431 West End Blvd.
• A trailer was reported stolen at 1138 S. Kingshighway.
• Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported at Bellevue and Sprigg streets.
• Identity theft was reported at 2013 Kevin St.

Burglary

• A laptop computer, cellphone and tablet were reported stolen at 1022 Jefferson Ave.

Miscellaneous

• Child molestation was reported.
• A 37-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• Resisting arrest, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and careless and imprudent driving were reported.
• Child molestation was reported.
