* Christopher B. Roy, 20, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.
* Louis J. Roberts, 51, 208 S. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage, tampering and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
* Daniel L. Richardson, 38, 212 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Aaron M. Pullen, 17, 443 Marie St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and property damage.
* Jason C. Potter, 36, 2857 Themis St., was arrested on a Dexter, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Stephen J. Hempstead, 33, 906 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.
* Teresa J. Elkins, 53, 414 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Roland J.J. Rogers, 26, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* Michael S. Payne, 31, 909 Hackberry St., No. 201, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while suspended.
* Chelsea L. Kiser, no age given, 439 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 12, was issued a summons for following too close.
* Rachel M. Lawson, no age given, 116 Monterra Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Rocky J. Shields, no age given, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to drive within single lane.
* Danny S. Pinto, no age given, 2824 Themis St., No. 4, was issued a summons for driving while revoked and unlicensed vehicle.
* Dionne D. Applewhite, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to drive within single lane.
* Ural R. Baker, 37, 1000 N. Middle St., was issued a summons for violating an animal leash law.
* Theft of a 2001 black GEO Tracker was reported at 1721 Cape Meadows Circle.
