The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Derrick L. McCoy, 25, 1413 William St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

* Samantha M. Risner, 23, 526 Boxwood Drive, Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court for being incorrigible.

* Leevoulia E. Coaker, 30, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Christopher G. Johnson, 30, 46 S. Henderson Ave., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Eric J. Brashear, 22, 2812 Themis St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for violation of protection order.

* Jose Aguirre, 48, 117 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of child pornography.

* Joshua M. Vaughan, 25, 902 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

* Andrea E. Statler, no age given, of Hillsboro, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Armand D. Clark, no age given, 1028 N. Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Mary J. Simmons, no age given, of Oran, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Deborah K. Yancey, no age given, of Millersville was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.

* Ana T. Castellon, no age given, 2806 Independence St., was issued a summons for improper backing.

* Dey'anna N. Simpson, no age given, of O'Fallon, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported.

Thefts

* Theft and tampering with a motor vehicle were reported.

* A picture was reported stolen at McDonald's, 1925 Broadway.

* Medication was reported stolen.

* Theft of a car CD player and radio and an RV refrigerator, a damaged vehicle and tampering were reported at 1410 S. Sprigg St.

* Theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported.

Miscellaneous

* A 25-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
