CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Cody W. McCallister, 24, of McClure, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated/failure to drive in traffic lane.

Arrests

• Sharon E. Smith, 29, 838 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no valid license.
• Melvin Dancy Jr., 44, 11 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Paducah, Kentucky, warrant for failure to appear for speeding and open container; and on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for revoked license, probation violation for suspended operator's license and failure to appear for failure to have motor vehicle financial responsibility.
• Maurice L. Bland, 22, 245 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
• Tiffany S. Pullen, 40, 2012 Cambridge Drive, and Jamica L. Washington, 35, 504 S. Frederick St., were arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
• A 13-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of curfew violation, resisting arrest, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of alcohol.
