CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Shamara N. Lilly, 22, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Howard Hudson, 45, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault on a law enforcement officer.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.

* Leslie C. Parker, 38, 1232 Linden St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a warrant.

Summonses

* Vanha V. Dinh, 39, 1209 Sailer Circle, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

* Robert W. Gum Jr., 74, 115 Camellia Drive, was issued a summons for failure to keep property free of litter or trash.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* Assault was reported.

Thefts

* Medication was reported stolen at 2011 N. Kingshighway.

* An iPhone case was reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* A cart and cart wheels were reported stolen at Sunny Hill Gardens, 206 N. Kingshighway.

* Theft and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported.

Miscellaneous

* Possession of marijuana was reported.

The Cape Girardeau Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Amy R. Kahl, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for third-degree domestic assault.

* Aschlei N. Kelly Goetz, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.

* Estes K. Davis Jr., 35, no address given, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for a probation violation for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and a probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Broderick D. Furlow Sr., 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of armed criminal action and first-degree assault.

* Henry H. Kennemore III, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Missouri Probation and Parole warrant for parole violation for second-degree robbery.

* Bradley J. Brown, 34, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Bloomfield, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Timothy W. Heller, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance and probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

* Jesse L. Zamudio, 31, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
