Cape Girardeau police report 11/6/12

CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and failure to drive on right half of the roadway.

* Debbie L. Willis, 47, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, lane violation and driving while revoked.

Arrests

* Donald R. Hobeck, 25, of Kelso, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation and a Stoddard County, Mo., warrant for speeding.

* Jason K. Hollowell, 28, 1018 Village Lane, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license and unlicensed vehicle.

* Carrie L. Bell, 27, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* John C. Spaulding, 25, of Villa Ridge, Ill., was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

* Meagan D. Sellers, 19, 2647 Hopper Road, and Deltheta M. Fluegge, 19, of Jackson were issued summonses for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Marsha A. Brown, 39, 540 S. Frederick St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.

* Amy E. Shaw, 35, 2833 Hopper Road, was issued a summons for leash requirement and animal city license required.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft were reported at 1927 Brierwood Drive.

* Longshots, 470 S. Kingshighway, reported burglary and the theft of money.

* Burglary, the theft of copper wiring and damage to copper wiring were reported at 133 S. Ellis St.

Thefts

* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of alcohol.

* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported the theft of a bag of ice.

* A camera was reported stolen from a vehicle at 1923 Brierwood Drive.

* Theft from a vehicle was reported at 2138 Sherwood Drive.

* Theft was reported at 2011 N. Kingshighway.

* Money was reported stolen at 11 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Property damage and trespassing were reported at 507 S. Hanover St.

* Property damage and unlawful use of a weapon were reported at 134 S. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 37-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 33-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia were reported.

* A runaway juvenile was reported.
