CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Bradley K. Bigham Jr., 22, of Mound City, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, expired driver's license and improper lane usage.

Arrests

* Eldon U. Walker, 44, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on a Madison County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Damon L. Brand, 46, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for stealing.

Burglary

* Burglary and a broken window were reported at 6 S. Fountain St.

Thefts

* A DVD player was reported stolen at 1548 Whitener St.

* Money was reported stolen at 3006 Wisteria Drive.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported keyed at 616 Emerald St.

Miscellaneous

* A protection order violation was reported.
