CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Jo H. Pavone, 39, 1260 Linden St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and no headlights.

* Steven M. Thomas, 21, of Hillsboro, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Antonio S. Marchenko, 20, of Bertrand, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for stealing.

* Joseph T. Houseman, 21, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation for assault.

* Bryan S. Way, 35, 1935 Westwood Drive, was arrested on a Cole County, Mo., warrant for suspicion of fraud.

* Jason M. Jungers, 28, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of forgery and tampering with a motor vehicle, on a warrant for probation violation and a Scott County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for burglary.

* Ashley N. Webb, 20, of Imperial, Mo., was arrested on a Jefferson County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Thomas R. Hamilton, 45, 1446 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Sammy L. Cleaves, 23, 701 Broadway, Apt. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Adrian P. Seabaugh, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Brujae L. Lane Sr., 24, 630 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for walking in the street.

* Jordan L. Smith, 23, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts.

* Jason M. Jungers, 28, of Benton, Mo., and Adrian P. Seabaugh, 27, of Jackson were arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft.

* Andrew P. Buchanan, 22, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing a cellphone charger, jewelry and medication at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Dionte M. Anderson, 20, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for resisting arrest.

* Steven W. Smith, 35, 1182 County Road 618, was arrested on suspicion of harassment.

* Melvin J. Steward Jr., 27, 1215 College St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for false declaration and suspended operator's license.

* Karen A. Stacy, 44, 203 Hillvale Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Amanda M. Campbell, 29, 701 Broadway, was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Two women, ages 27 and 30, were in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Altheda B. Busciglio, 45, 709 S. Ellis St., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for marijuana possession.

* Ashley L. Franklin, 28, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of concealment of contraband.

* Rosaland A. Criddle, 49, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

Summons

* Robert W. Shaw, 20, 690 Sylvan Lane, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Burglary and the theft of a laptop were reported at 1001 N. Frederick St.

* Burglary was reported at 1803 Belleridge Pike.

* Burglary was reported at 308 N. Lorimier St.

* A laptop and money were reported stolen at 2510 Janet Drive.

* A laptop, Nintendo Wii, iPod, Nook, Nikon camera and Cannon camera were reported stolen.

Thefts

* A purse was reported stolen at 11 Village Drive.

* Theft of credit cards and money were reported at 1508 New Madrid St.

* An iPhone and case were reported stolen at 1080 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 2126 Independence St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3008 Themis St.

* A 2003 Chevrolet Malibu, Missouri license plate No. R288392, was reported stolen at 546 S. Sprigg St.

* Theft from a vehicle was reported at Normal Avenue and Pacific Street.

* Theft was reported at 400 S. Benton St.

* Theft was reported at Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St.

* Theft was reported at Macy's, 100 West Park Mall.

* Amerimart, 1803 Independence, reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

Property damage

* Damage to vehicle tires was reported at 1028 Perry Ave.

* A toilet was reported damaged at 431 Broadway, Apt A.

* A 2012 Nissan Frontier was reported damaged.

Miscellaneous

* Possession of a controlled substance was reported.

* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Assist other agency was reported.

* Violation of order of protection and harassment were reported.

* A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
