  • Nigelle J. Bird, 23, 623 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving without a valid license.
  • Joseph D. Razor Jr., 20, 212 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Joseph P. Palermo, 54, 1911 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to yield right of way and driving while intoxicated.
