CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Bobby G. Silas Jr., 43, homeless, was arrested on a Dunklin County, Missouri, warrant for larceny
• Nigelle J. Bird, 23, 623 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving without a valid license.
• Joseph D. Razor Jr., 20, 212 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
• Joseph P. Palermo, 54, 1911 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to yield right of way and driving while intoxicated.

Summonses

• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of behavior injurious to self or others.
• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of shoplifting at Claire's, 3049 William St.

Property damage

• Damage to a vehicle was reported at 201 S. Lorimier St.

• Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
• Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
• Identity theft was reported at 3010 Wisteria Drive.
• Formal charges of possession of a controlled substance were pending against a suspect.
