The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Rapheal M. Boyd, 40, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of a traffic violation.

* Kara M. Young, 29, 167 Arikara Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing a beta fish at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* John C. Austin, 21, of Qulin, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failing to stop at a stop sign and driving with an expired license.

* Dakota E. Moore, 20, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and unlawful use of a license.

* Eldon Walker, no age given, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

* Linda Joann Schaefer, 66, 101 S. Pacific St., Apt. 7, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Angela Nicole Parker, 29, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen.

* Checks were reported stolen.

* Prescription medication was reported stolen.

* A mechanic scanner was reported stolen from Auffenburg Autopark, 611 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* An 18-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
