CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Marwan L. Barnell Jr., 26, homeless, Cape Girardeau, was arrested at 131 S. Henderson Ave. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summons

• Jacob A. Yarbrough, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons at 10 S. West End Blvd. for animal leash law required.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported in the 1200 block of South Ranney Avenue.
• Domestic assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon were reported in the 200 block of South Hanover Street.

Robbery

• Robbery and property damage were reported in the 1300 block of Dunklin Street.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 505 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• A 40-year-old man was taken into protective custody at 100 N. Main St.
• A 57-year-old woman was taken into protective custody in the 1700 block of Lakeshore Drive.
