The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of concealment of contraband.

* George H. Johnson Jr., 35, 1014 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation, and was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Rhonye D. Lincoln, 25, 806 Themis St., Apt. 10, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Christina E. Burton, 37, 919 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for assault.

* Daunte J. Smith, 34, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of displaying plates of another person, driving while suspended and having no insurance.

* Daniel J. Leeder, 46, 931 Elm St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Kevin R. Campbell, 29, 181 Niemann Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a curfew violation.

* Kerry M. Davis, 34, 2820 Themis St., Apt. D, was issued a summons for prohibited acts/noises.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault, theft and property damage were reported.

Burglaries

* Rhymers, 10 S. Plaza Way, reported burglary, theft of money and damage to door glass.

* Burglary and the theft of copper pipe were reported at 712 S. Pacific St.

* Burglary, the theft of an Xbox 360 and trespassing were reported at 325 N. Pacific St.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A metal walker was reported stolen at 1825 Thilenius St.
