The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jeffrey A. Harker, 49, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a warrant.

* Austin D. Weissinger, 19, 3250 Lakewood Drive, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession, failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.

* Zatrun R. Twiggs, 28, 520 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for leaving the scene of an accident, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding; failure to wear seat belt; suspended operators license; and failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Andrew L. Camp, 34, 617 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a suspended operator's license and for probation violation.

* Damon L. Johnson, 19, 504 S. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Tyler M. Baker, 17, 933 William St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Michael Followell, 24, 2800 Pioneer Drive, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and speeding.

* Terra C. Waddington, 24, 2800 Pioneer Drive, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* Yalantra E. Austin, 29, 3018 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Robby Ray Byler, 221 Onondaga Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summons

* Zachary D. Knipe, 800 West Rodney Drive, was issued a summons for following too close.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported at 37 N. Henderson Ave.

* Burglary and theft of two laptop computers were reported at 225 Independence St.

Robbery

* Robbery and armed criminal action were reported at Lexington Avenue and Amblewood Drive.

Assault

* Assault was reported.

* Theft was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* A red 1997 Chevy S-10 was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A debit card was reported stolen at 332 N. Louisiana Ave.

* Wheels and tires were reported stolen at 517 S. Sprigg St.

* An iPhone, case, money and wallet were reported stolen at 113 Broadway.

* Checks were reported stolen and forgery was reported at 133 S. Park Ave.

* Dalhousie maintenance garage, 6241 Dalhousie Drive, reported a chain saw and blower stolen.

* A checkbook was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 516 Washington Ave.

* A 28-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

The Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University released the following item.

* Theft of a MacBook Pro was reported at New Hall.

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY

The Cape Girardeau Sheriff's Office released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

* Kelsey D. Sander, 22, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear operating motor vehicle without financial responsibility.

* Bobby D. Canady, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Lakeysha A. Frazier-Bosley, 20, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

* Nadia C. Anderson, 20, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Macie N. Brennecke, 19, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession.

* Laura P. Blodgett, 41, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a New Madrid County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses.

* Anthony M. Bure, 36, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of first-degree child molestation and on an Arcadia, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for no valid operator's license.

* Travis M. Craft, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to register motor vehicle.

* Ronnie F. Smith, 71, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
