The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Nicholas R. Bruce, 23, of St. Charles, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and misrepresentation of age.

Arrests

* Chanda R. Hunsaker, 39, 322 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* A subject is in custody pending charges of stealing and possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Kadesia A. Harris, 18, 319 Hart Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* William R. Debose, 23, no address given, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license, no vehicle financial responsibility and no insurance, and no valid operator's license and improper registration.

Summonses

* Brittany P. Stewart, 17, 319 N. Louisiana St., received a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Ross M. Dillard, 22, of Jackson received a summons for possession of marijuana.

* A license plate was reported stolen at Interstate 55/Meadowbrook Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* An in-dash radio and a purse were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

* A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 34-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Protective custody was reported.
