The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Raynisha L. Jones, 17, 809 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear on a Miner, Mo., warrant.

* A female was arrested on a Division of Youth Services warrant.

* Kyla R. Miller, 23, 111 N. Park St., was arrested on an Illinois warrant for unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Food was reported stolen at Denny's, 161 West Drive.

* Municipal refuse bins were reported stolen at 1911 New Madrid St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway.

* Medication was reported stolen at 1106 N. Frederick St.

Property damage

* A van window was reported broken at 1444 N. Water St.

* A glass door was reported broken at 42 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

* A lost iPhone4 was reported at 3439 William St.

* A 22-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
