The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Ada M. Blagg, 31, 1520 Kingsbury Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and distributing a controlled substance.

Arrests

* Jamie Lee Cecil, 31, of Puxico, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.

* David G. Sheahan, 18, 1000 Towers Circle, was arrested on charges of tampering and making a false report.

* Charles J. Green, 17, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, No. 1, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Meshaw Daniel, 20, of Haywood City, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a red-light violation and leaving the scene.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges for burglary, stealing and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Jimmy C. Norfleet, 24, 123 N. Clark Ave., No. 5, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for speeding and for no operator's license.

* Sammy L. Cleaves, 21, 701 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for a traffic offense.

* Ronald E. Caudle, 32, 119 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and a warrant for being a parole absconder.

* Brandon L. Banks, 25, 927 Jefferson Avenue, was arrested on a charge of possession of a firearm.

* Cedric J. Lucious, 21, 1012 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear for a forgery offense and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

Assault

* Forcible rape was reported.

* A laptop computer and a PlayStation were reported stolen at 409 S. Benton St.

* Bicycles and a bike rack were reported stolen at 615 William St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 113 Broadway.

* Alcohol was reported shoplifted at BiState Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St.

* Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1927 Merriwether St.

* A credit card was reported stolen t 2216 Cambridge Drive.

* Theft from a bank account was reported at 705 Penny Ave.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

* License plates were reported stolen at 615 Lafayette Place.

Property damage

* A display at McDonald's, 1925 Broadway, was reported damaged.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 3419 William St.
