* Robert L. Clingingsmith, 63, 2321 Hunters Lane, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Paul J. Chatman, 27, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Terris Lavon Vaughn, 42, 2842 Independence St., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for passing bad checks.
* A subject was taken into custody pending charges of property damage at 219 N. Henderson Ave.
* An assault was reported.
* Nearly Perfect Shoes, 209 S. Kingshighway, reported stealing.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 1909 Marietta St.
* A backpack containing haircutting equipment was reported stolen at 2757 Lynnwood Hills Drive.
* Rhodes, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* An iPhone was reported stolen at 315 Shirley Drive.
* A burglary and theft of two laptops, a television and a rifle were reported at 825 N. Fountain St.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* Interference with custody was reported.

DWI
* Matthew M. Mundwiller, 22, of Castle Pines, Colo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway.
* Kayla M. Derby, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
* James D. Eilers, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
* Matthew T. Haferkamp, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
* Emannuel T. Ware, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
* Micah L. Loyd, 29, of Mountain Grove, Mo., was arrested on a Wright County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
* Stephen N. Lupo, 18, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.
* Cindy E. Agbonito, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license and failure to display headlights.
