CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.
• Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing clothing and merchandise from Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing food, clothing, toys and holiday items at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

• Erin E. McClard, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required at 301 Louis St.
• Clint B. Sinn, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for use of headlights at William Street and West End Boulevard.

Burglary

• Burglary was reported.

Thefts

• Vehicle parts were reported stolen at 1471 N. Kingshighway.
• Medication and jewelry were reported stolen at 3116 Themis St.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 33 S. Park Ave.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
