The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christopher J. Hicks, 28, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for assault and a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for a traffic offense.

* Jennifer A. Fowlkes, 27, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a two warrants for failure to appear.

* Lawren L. Brichardii, 20, 709 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Tina L. Johnson, 38, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Stephen R. Winkler, 37, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Terry A. Woods, 36, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to return to confinement.

* Alexander D. Horton, 21, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 24, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Lancelot W. McGuire, 20, 134 Dena Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Rocky Gathright, 25, 1921 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Cudeirdre R. Haywood, 19, 419 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Shanie L. Robinson, 33, 520 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Trevon D. Starnes, 19, 517 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending formal charges of stealing, possession of a controlled substance and driving while suspended.

* Larry J. Larose, 39, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant.

* Gene A. Millsap, 23, homeless, was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for non support.

Assault

* Assault was reported at 2 N. Main St.

Burglaries

* Burglary and property damage were reported at 321 S. Ellis St.

* A motorcycle was reported stolen at 138 Green Acres Drive.

Property damage

* A vehicle windshield was reported damaged at 306 N. Middle St.

* Tampering with a motor vehicle and property damage were reported at 420 S. Benton St.

* Tampering with a motor vehicle and property damage were reported at 1126 S. Ellis St.

Miscellaneous

* A request for service was made at 341 N. Main St.

* A violated order of protection was reported.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Takara T. Martin, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery, three counts of fraudulent use of a credit device and stealing.

* Nathan D. Jones, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Department of Probation and Parole warrant for probation violation for possession of chemical with intent to create a controlled substance.

* Stephen M. Blank, 20, of Wildwood, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a visibily-intoxicated minor.

* David L. Shipley Jr., 21, of Glenallen, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Anthony G. Wade, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Richard D. Ozmet Sr., 48, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and failure to signal.
