DWI
* Rachel E. Brown, 19, of Salem, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within a single lane.
Arrests
* Lee A. Bonner, 41, 210 S. Hanover St., No. 3, was arrested on two Cape County warrants for failure to appear for drug violation and probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
* William R. Porter, 48, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of meth, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.
* Sarah E. Noce, 22, 1568 Parksite Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Two juveniles were taken into custody on suspicion of stealing at Claires, 3049 William St.
* Cody M. Ing, 17, 2721 Plymouth Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Cody A. B. Bredekamp, 17, 65 Centennial Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Amy R. Horman, 25, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear for dangerous drugs.
* A juvenile was taken into custody on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Ashley N. Biri, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for speeding, no seat belt, careless and imprudent driving and improper passing.
* Dorothy J. Lewis, 52, 3109 Themis St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
* Dorothy J. Lewis, 52, 3109 Themis St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape County warrant for probation violation for stealing.
* Kayla M. Whitney, 18, 224 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
* Alonzo L. Morgan Jr., 19, 715 S. Pacific St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest, peace disturbance and failure to appear for property damage.
* Two subjects in custody pending charges of domestic assault and burglary.
* Joe D. Davis, 26, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on warrants for failure to appear.
* Joseph D. Easley, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for assault.
* Steven L. Williams, 34, 911 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a warrant.
Summonses
* Scott E. Gentry, 37, 921 Hackberry St., No. 112, received a summons for assault.
* Zachary A. Burnette, 26, 1116 N. Frederick St., received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Tavis S. Curry, 22, 124 Louis St., received a summons for spitting on sidewalk.
Assaults
* Assault was reported.

Burglary
* River Realty, 2973 Shamrock Circle, reported a burglary and damage to counter tops, walls, floors and cabinets.
* A burglary and the theft of prescription drugs was reported at 129 S. Hanover St.
* A burglary and the theft of a television was reported at 521 Asher St.
* A burglary, the theft of a laptop computer and television, and a damaged window were reported at 535 S. Hanover St.
Thefts
* A purse was reported stolen at 501 N. Silver Springs Road.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* Tools were reported stolen at 321 N. Broadview St.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
Property damage
* A tire was reported damaged at 2834 Independence St.

* Child abuse was reported
* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 57-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* A 19-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* An animal bite was reported.

* A 2009 red scooter was reported stolen at Lot 4-14.
