The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Bobby J. Kirby, 32, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Arrests

* Rantricus M. Wigfall, 28, 101 N. Ellis St., was arrested on a warrant.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing, false report and resisting arrest.

* Charles J. Green, 20, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Adrian L. Robinson, 20, 125 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine and resisting arrest.

* Robert L. Parker, 42, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Danny L. Warren, 28, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Tyler J. Flotow, 19, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

Summons

* Jacob M. Roe, no age given, of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.

* Phyllis L. Adams, no age given, 303 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Mariah P. Quinn, 18, 350 N. Henderson Ave., No. 336, was issued a summons for stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* Mariah C. Smith, 19, 350 N. Henderson Ave., No. 431, was issued a summons for stealing at J.C. Penney, 3046 William St.

* Donisha D. Stallings, 19, 350 N. Henderson Ave., No. 339, was issued a summons for stealing at J.C. Penney, 3046 William St.

* Jadyn P. Smith, no age given, 921 Hackberry St., No. 101, was issued a summons for failure to yield and failure to show proof of insurance.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft of a generator, copper wire, winch cable, a drill and miscellaneous hand tools were reported at Cape Polymers, 45 N. Broadview St.

* Burglary and theft of a ladder, light fixtures, exhaust fan/light combo fixture, sink faucets, copper tubing and damage to a floor were reported at 824 Good Hope St.

Thefts

* Two GPS units, two laptop computers, a Trac phone, a bag, clothing and miscellaneous toys were reported stolen at 2067 Pear Tree Court.

* A phone, wallet and money were reported stolen at 2001 N. Kingshighway.

* Theft was reported at 3439 William Street and Siemers Drive.

* A black truck bed cover was reported stolen at 905 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* Two windows were reported damaged at 618 Woodbine Place.

* A mailbox was reported damaged at 2518 Marvin St.

Miscellaneous

* A 52-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 74-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 21-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* An animal bite was reported at Third Street and Big Bend Road.
