The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Antonio J. Lawrence, 35, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding, no insurance and no license.
* Samuel M. Cook, 22, 520 N. Fountain St., Apt. 5, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
* Duncan T. Hahs, 25, 484 Oglala Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
* Corey D. Wade, 19, 341 Country Club Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for possession of a controlled substance.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, driving without a valid driver's license, driving in a careless and imprudent manner, no illuminated license plate on vehicle and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
* Maurice Patterson, 42, 830 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
* Trait L. Winters, 19, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on a Portageville warrant for violation of court order.
* Lawrence V. Wesley Jr., 51, of Doniphan, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended driver's license.
* Edward L. Moore Jr., 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Shannon E. McAlister, no age given, 2002 Sherwood Drive, was issued a summons for passing on the right when prohibited.
* Matthew B. Rider, no age given, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was issued a summons for driving an unlicensed vehicle.
* Allison R. Lanpher, 36, 1101 Dorothy St., was issued a summons for stealing at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
* Larhonda J. Hecht, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while revoked and leaving the scene of an accident.
* Assault was reported.
* Burglary and damage to a door frame were reported at 1030 N. Frederick St.
* A GPS unit, radar detector, car radio and tool were reported stolen at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
* WIC checks and a diaper bag were reported stolen at 3439 William St.
* A German shepherd was reported stolen at 137 S. Louisiana Ave.
* Request for service was reported.
* Harassment was reported.
* A 33-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 24-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* An animal bite was reported.
* Request for service was reported.
The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item:
* A white HTC radar cellphone was reported stolen at the Rec Center.
