The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right side of the road and possession of controlled substance.

* Mark B. Williamson, 23, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

* Joseph E. Smith Jr., 27, 240 S. Benton St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stop sign violation, driving while suspended and for failure to appear for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Andrew T. Hanks, 18, 1831 James Court, was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violations.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* Judy C. Richards, 37, 812 N. Missouri Ave., received a summons for stealing from Food Giant, 1120 N. Kings- highway.

* Charles J. Nocera, 44, 123 N. Clark Ave., No. 6, received a summons for shoplifting from Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Nakaska S. Graham, 36, 22 N. Hanover St., received a summons for placement of waste containers/littering placement in receptacles.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of jewelry was reported at 1510 Bessie St.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 150 S. Mount Auburn Road.

* Wheels were reported stolen at 1148 S. Kings- highway.

* Theft was reported at 1119 Bloomfield St.

* Orscheln Industries, 338 Christine St., reported shoplifting.

* SEMO Gas, 40 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Doors were reported damaged at 412 Sheridan Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Forgery was reported at 422 Bellevue St.

* A 36-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 39-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Identity theft was reported.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Scarlett R. Skakalski, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Aaron W. McNeely, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on right half of the roadway.

* Leander West, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and failure to stop for stop sign.

* Randy J. Buerck, 57, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Jason S. Crooks, 33, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violation of terms of ex parte.

* Michael A. Hill, 19, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for property damage and probation violation for theft.

* Jason B. Hecht, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of synthetic narcotic, possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams marijuana and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for careless and imprudent driving, and failure to appear for peace disturbance.

* Jordan A. Locke, 18, of Riverside, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Valerie K. Smith, 19, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.

* Tradd B. Hess, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for no insurance and no seat belt.

* Helen A. Moore, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* Deja R. Pinkston, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for making a false report.

* Timothy I. Palmer, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.

* Ethan M. Ruch, 18, of Millersville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
