CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

• Brandy N. Wilson, no age given, of Alton, Illinois, was issued a summons for not having insurance, striking a parked vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Dean S. Beggs, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Abdul M. Alkatanani, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving in a careless and imprudent manner and driving without a valid license.

Thefts

• A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 130 S. Lorimier St.
• A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 2546 Meadow Lane.
• A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 41 N. Sprigg St.

Property damage

• A window was reported damaged at 524 N. Fountain Street.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Chip A. Hill, 32, of Gideon, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and property damage.
• Cortney E. Lemons, 23, of Munford, Tennessee, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for domestic assault and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
• Sebastian C. Winkler, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license.
• Blake R. Ingrassia, 20, of Portageville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct and being a visibly intoxicated minor.
• Andrea R. Boes, 34, of McClure, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license.
• Jeffery A. Treat, 20, of Caruthersville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.
• Scott E Fast, 51, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of four counts of animal abuse.
• Longxin Chen, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.
• Kenneth J. Cissell, 41, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Pike County warrant for probation violation for possession.
• Jamie L. Stratton, 32, of Baden, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
