- Cortney E. Lemons, 23, of Munford, Tennessee, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for domestic assault and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
- Sebastian C. Winkler, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license.
- Blake R. Ingrassia, 20, of Portageville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct and being a visibly intoxicated minor.
- Andrea R. Boes, 34, of McClure, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license.
- Jeffery A. Treat, 20, of Caruthersville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of being a visibly intoxicated minor.
