CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* William T. Moore, 24, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, failure to maintain a single lane and obstructing traffic.

Arrests

* Austin D. Weissinger, 18, 3250 Lakewood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to wear a seat belt.

* Teresa K. Greable, 30, 1003 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.

* Kimberly A. Rickman, 26, of Holcomb, Mo., was arrested on a Boone County, Mo., warrant for probation violation.

* Robert E, Meyers III, 37, 1423 N. Missouri St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for property nuisance.

* Casey J. Moser, 23, 128 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance and property damage.

* Larry Bridges Jr., 26, of St. Clair, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for false declaration.

* Chelsey T. Gurley, 21, 210 S. Hanover St., Apt. 2, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau County warrants for receiving stolen property, seat belt violation and failure to properly affix license plates.

* Amanda G. Coyne, 25, 1400 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Perry County warrant for forgery.

* Charles Green, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* Sara Cooper, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* Ombreis Watson, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* Kimberly Rickman, 27, of Holcomb, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was arrested on suspicion of intentionally inhaling solvent to induce intoxication.

Summonses

* Mark A. Guillen, 23, and Amanda L. Gaulding, 22, both of 1025 Good Hope St., were issued summonses for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Andrea Daniel, 29, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Tanisha M. Richie, 27, of St. Louis was arrested on a probation/parole warrant for parole violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Burglaries

* Damage to a door frame and the theft of money were reported at 629 Good Hope St.

* Cape LaCroix Apartments, 652 S. Spring St., reported a burglary.

Thefts

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

* Theft was reported at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported fuel stolen.

* Property damage and a purse were reported stolen at 825 N. Fountain St.

* Scaffolding was reported stolen at 1243 Timber Creek Drive.
