The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Lee A. Bonner, 41, 210 S. Hanover St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, on a warrant for probation violation and on a Cape County warrant for failure to appear.

* Michael A. Franks, 22, 1314 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Ashley N. Rhymer, 20, 1520 E. Riverside Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Tosha N. Davis, 18, of Senath, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Mariah K. Schmidt, 18, of Ballwin, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Timothy I. Palmer, 23, 404 N. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while suspended.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* Michael S. Payne, 29, 1106 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* Rent A Center, 1400 S. West End Blvd., reported a burglary.

Thefts

* Theft was reported at 2128 Woodland Hills Drive.

* An iPod was reported stolen at 501 Louis St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a video game stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1800 William St.

* A front passenger-side window was reported broken at 501 Louis St.

* Tires on an automobile were reported damaged at 114 S. Benton St.

Miscellaneous

* Kidds, 1325 Broadway, reported counterfeiting.

* Receiving stolen property was reported.
