* Damien D. Howell, 27, 3208 Themis St., No. 7, was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
* Jason F. Rollins, 36, 415 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
* Willie Glass, 44, 120 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia.
* Rosemary Inserra, 120 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia.
* Two juveniles were in custody on suspicion of stealing alcohol from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Evan D. Johnson, 30, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of robbery and stealing.
* Brandon M. Depree Sr., 31, 70 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* Trait L. Winters, 20, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
* Bryan K. Reid, 31, 1806 William St., was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* Joshua T. Volkerding, 19, 3186 Route Y, was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and on a warrant of another agency.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked and failure to stop at a stop sign.
* Lance D. Sterling, 28, 3022 Mimosa Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* A juvenile was in custody on suspicion of possession of intoxicants.
