CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Damien D. Howell, 27, 3208 Themis St., No. 7, was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

* Jason F. Rollins, 36, 415 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Willie Glass, 44, 120 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia.

* Rosemary Inserra, 120 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia.

* Two juveniles were in custody on suspicion of stealing alcohol from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Evan D. Johnson, 30, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of robbery and stealing.

* Brandon M. Depree Sr., 31, 70 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Trait L. Winters, 20, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Bryan K. Reid, 31, 1806 William St., was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

* Joshua T. Volkerding, 19, 3186 Route Y, was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and on a warrant of another agency.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked and failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Lance D. Sterling, 28, 3022 Mimosa Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A juvenile was in custody on suspicion of possession of intoxicants.

* Betty S. Proffer, no age given, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.

* Priscilla A. Morris, 51, 410 S. Hanover St., was issued a summons for littering.

* Joshua Q. Roberts, no age given, 19 Benjamin Court, was issued a summons for exhibition driving.

* Tyler J. Carr, 20, 300 Okemahl Lane, was issued a summons for exhibition driving.

* Charlyn Miller, no age given, 1400 West End Blvd., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Amber M. Starnes, no age given, of Dexter, Mo., was issued a summons for failing to yield.

* John W. Alle, no age given, of Decatur, Ill., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Patsy C. Wright, 49, of Jonesboro, Ill., was issued a summons for stealing of a motor vehicle.

* Randall L. Brown, 48, 3109 Bloomfield Road, was issued a summons for failure to return to confinement.

* Sharee J. McAlister, no age given, 1942 Longview Drive, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stoplight.

Thefts

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 1206 Big Bend Road.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 801 North St.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at North Main Street and Cape Rock Drive.

* Alcohol was reported stolen from AM-PM Convenience Store, 1101 William St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 2 N. Main St.

* Theft was reported at Car Title Loans of America, 605 N. Kingshighway.

* Theft of an iPhone 4 was reported at 2120 William St.

Property damage

* A door was reported damaged at 912 Elm St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 612 S. Sprigg St.

* Casey L. Davie, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* John D. Hooker, 59, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct with a child.
