The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Marminda R. Halterman, 47, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A 15-year-old girl was taken into custody for being beyond parental control.

* Mark A. Musselman, 27, 49 N. Park St., was arrested on suspicion of statutory rape.

* Ural R. Baker, 35, 924 College St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Steven J. Crigger, 35, 925 N. Mount Auburn Road, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a Kansas state warrant for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.

* Bianca B. Hernandez, 26, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Jo D. Davis, 26, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Glenn A. Moore, 24, of Olive Branch, Ill., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and exhibition driving.

* Ashley N. Bauman, 28, of Jackson was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for probation violation.

* Brandon L. Lundmark, 19, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Jason A. Nix, 35, 1146 S. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Carter County warrant for nonsupport.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Joni D. Harris, age not given, of New Madrid, received a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle and no insurance.

* Shaya L. Wilcox, 21, 925 N. Mount Auburn Road, received a summons for theft of cable TV.

* Danielle F. Otto, age not given, of Pevely, Mo., received a summons for following too close and no valid driver's license.

Thefts

* Southeast Missouri Hospital, 1701 Lacey St., reported baby books stolen.

* The Pasta House, 2406 William St., reported food stolen and passing bad checks.

* A radio, subwoofers, bow and arrows were reported stolen at 1546 N. Henderson Ave.

* Meyer Realty, 230 N. Sprigg St., reported realty signs stolen.

* A purse was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* Medications were reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 1546 N. Henderson Ave.

* Flowers were reported damaged at 46 N. Main St.

* Town House Inn, 505 N. Kingshighway, reported miscellaneous items damaged.

Miscellaneous

* A 47-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* The fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Department of Public Safety released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

* Southeast Missouri State University reported a flashlight and volt meter stolen.
