  • Leslie Kennedy-Looney, 38, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at 3049 William St.
  • Torre Wade, 52, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

Summonses

  • Leah R. Schoppa, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash-law required.
  • Michael Perry, 67, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing at 10 S. Spanish St.
  • Eric J. Gooden, 60, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for display of crtain items prohibited.

  • Shoplifting was reported at Macy's, 3049 William St.
  • A credit card, guitar, keyboard and coat were reported stolen at 820 N. Sprigg St.
  • Theft and tampering were reported at 121 S. Benton St.
  • A license plate was reported stolen from a motor vehicle at 1430 N. Spanish St.
  • A cellphone was reported stolen at 2436 Broadway.
  • A scooter was reported stolen at 1448 N. Kingshighway.
  • Cash was reported stolen at 1926 N. Kingshighway.
  • Boots and bedding were reported stolen from Kohls, 315 Shirley Drive.
  • A cellphone was reported stolen at 531 S. Hanover St.

Property damage

  • Accidental damage to a vehicle door was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Miscellaneous

  • A 61-year-old woman was taken into protective custody at 1513 Ripley Drive.
  • A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody at 803 Minnesota Ave.
  • Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
